the platform will charge a certain fee to the film company, and 70% to 80% of these fees
will be paid as compensation to the employees who complete the task.
6.Job Description:
Why do you need to pay a deposit?
The company cannot be sure whether you will complete the tasks seriously and how many tasks you will
complete every day. Since many members cannot complete their work well, do tasks randomly, and do not take
their work seriously, it leads to waste and loss of tasks, making the company unable to make a profit. Paying a
deposit can also make you take the company's tasks seriously and avoid losses to the company. The deposit
paid by each employee is always in the employee's OMD work account. When the employee wants to leave OMD,
he can apply for a refund of the deposit at any time.
Formal employees pay a deposit of 4,5000 TZS, have 5 tasks per day, earn 300 TZS for each task, earn 1,500
TZS per day, earn 45,000 TZS per month, and earn 540,000 TZS per year. The regular employee level task cycle
will automatically renew after one year, which is equivalent to a normal subscription, and the deposit will be
returned to your account.
A1 pays a deposit of 13,5000 TZS, has 10 tasks per day, earns 460 TZS for each task, earns 4,600 TZS per day,
earns 138,000 TZS per month, and earns 1,656,000 TZS per year. A1-level tasks will automatically renew after
one year, which is equivalent to a normal subscription, and the deposit will be returned to your account.
A2 pays a deposit of 340,000 TZS, has 15 tasks per day, and earns 780 TZS for each task. You can earn 11700
TZS per day, 351000 TZS per month, and 4212000 TZS per year. The A2-level task period will be automatically
renewed after one year, which is equivalent to a permanent subscription. The deposit will be returned to your
